We are seeking a detail-oriented Platform Coordinator to manage our Farmers' Learning Hub. The role involves overseeing platform operations, creating and managing content, and exploring funding opportunities to support platform growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with the team to ensure a seamless user experience and high-quality training resources.

Responsible For
  1. Platform Management:
    • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the farmers' learning platform.
    • Ensure a user-friendly experience and address technical or content-related issues promptly.
  2. Content Development:
    • Collaborate with farm personnel to generate relevant tutorials and training materials.
    • Manage the upload, organization, and quality control of content on the platform.
  3. Research and Funding:
    • Identify funding opportunities, events, and grants to support platform growth.
    • Prepare proposals or submissions for identified opportunities.
  4. Strategic Planning:
    • Monitor platform usage and user feedback to inform updates and improvements.
    • Propose and implement new features or strategies to increase platform engagement.
  5. Collaboration:
    • Coordinate with the user and other stakeholders for updates, reports, and platform strategies.
Key Deliverables:
  • Weekly report on platform performance and funding opportunities.
  • New content uploaded regularly in collaboration with farm personnel.
  • At least one funding proposal or opportunity explored monthly.
